If you are thinking of getting a mattress beware~~~  Ask all questions prior to jumping on the mattress, trying them out and before signing anything!  This is my own experience regarding Sleepy's(r) and may not apply to you. I am composing this so you the Ebay Community is aware before you dispair.

Sleepy's(r) had an advertisement on the radio which stated purchase a new mattress and we will upgrade you the the next size.  No money, no problem, we will even finance it for you (if qualified) for 36 months.  There is no financing for 36 months, only 12.

Yes, you are upgraded to the next size mattress.  Did you know the boxspring is not included in the package or price quotation, I didn't.  You have to purchase the boxspring separately. 

For those of you who like sleeping closer to the ground,  the frame is also not included. 

May I also add there is an added delivery charge to receive your NEW mattress.

Regarding their guarantee for your happiness~~~

You have a maximum of 21 days to sleep on the mattress.  If within 21 days you are not pleased, you may exchange it for another.  I highly suggest it if you are in the market to shop for a mattress, you arrive prior to closing of the store and sleep on it til the store opens the next day.  You could even promise the manager that you would not run out with the mattress!

 What is not told to you is that in order to exchange it for another MATTRESS, you need to pay additional charges which accumulate roughly to over $300.00.

Hopefully before you weap, get no relief, before you sleep, you need to be aware of this policy by Sleepy's(r).
