The other side of the coin is getting customer assistance from QuickBooks. There just isn't any. I am trying to transfer the license to my old version and they give you the complete runaround. I was given another number to call that does not answer. I called for an email address to complain to. The Customer service person did not know of any email to write to, and transfered me to another number that did not answer.
To make it worse - visit their website. There is no way to get an email address to write to.
I have used three different versions of Quick Books, QuickBooks Payroll, and both their business and personal accounting programs for years. And, I have always reccomended them.
After this experience, I would say -
You Have to be nuts to use QuickBooks, or any Intuit Product. They definitely have no respect for their customers.
