Don't want to spend a lot of money going to a salon to get a manicure? I know a couple of nail tips I would like to share with you. If you are having problems with dry cuticles try massaging a small amount of olive oil around your cuticles and finger tips. To lock it in apply a small amount of Chapstick lip balm over the oil after rubbing in thoroughly. I also have found a great "recipe" for dry skin. Mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sugar, and a few drops of lavender together in a small bowl. Apply to dry skin area and gently massage for a few minutes. Rinse in warm water. Pat dry with a soft towel. Apply your favorite moisurizer or lotion. I like OPI Avojuice Skin Quencher. It goes on light and doesn't feel greasy. You can also use the Chapstick directly on your nail to help peeling nails from peeling and chipping.Of course this doesn't work well with polish but I hope this helps someone who has dry skin like I do. Thanks for taking the time to read this and have a great day!!! adbh7
