Want to know the trick of the bakery, restaurant and commercial bakers?  Here's how the pros do it.  This tip brought to you courtesy of One Fat Frog.

  • First.
    • Store in freezer up to five days until you're ready to decorate
  •  Second.
    • Set temp of freezer between 7 and 14 Fahrenheit
  • Third.
    • Know that the appropriate temp freezer ensures cakes don't dry out
  • Fourth.
    • Also know that the appropriate temperature freezer ensures cases don't shrink in size

Special thanks to One Fat Frog Commercial and Restaurant Equipment to for their generous additions to the Commercial & Business Restaurant Equipment Category.  We appreciate their honesty and integrity.
