- Airflow is restricted--------------Clean air filter
- Fuel does not reach carb---------Clean fuel filter
- Engine has air leak---------------Inspect fuel tank, line and engine
- Fuel mixture needle not set--------Return needles to factory and re-tune making small adjustments.
- Glow plug fails--------------------Replace with new one or charge igniter
- Idle is set too low--------------------Adjust idle
- Low speed needle is set rich
- Low speed needle is set too lean
- Clutch might be binding--------------Take apart and inspect
- Glow plug Fouled
- Glow plug might be loose
- Engine may have air leak-------------Seal with high temp sealer
- Piston and Sleeve might be worn-----Inspect and rebuild motor
- Damaged Bearing in clutch bell-------Clean and possibly replace
- Low speed needle is too rich
- Clutch engages to quickly-----------------Replace with new spring and possibly new shoes
- Glow plug is a cold type-----------------Replace with either Med temp plug or Hot temp plug
- Engine air leak------------------------Seal motor or tighten head screws
- Low speed needle is too lean
- Idle screw set too low
- Air filter might need to be cleaned
- High speed needle too lean
- Fuel flow restricted
- Piston and sleeve are worn
