Here are some of my favorite tips for trying to lose weight in the shortest time period possible. Great for getting prepared for reunions, weddings, dates, etc.
1. Don't do it for a long time, but follow a low carbohydrate diet. If you break up that word carbo and hydrate pay particular close attention to the word hydrate. Water bonds to carbohydrates and makes you retain water. By going on a low carbohydrate diet for 3 days can help you lose as much as 12 pounds.
2. Exercise first thing in the morning. When you workout early your burning off stored bodyfat. When you work out later in the day your burning off food that you most likely ate a few hours ago.
3. Vegetables are your best friend. They pack a TON of nutritional value, are loaded with fiber, and have almost zero calories.
4. Try to lose weight with a friend. Maybe make a competition out of it. Competition brings out the best in people and will help you stick with your program.
5. Get a tan! HAve you ever wondered why bodybuilders slather their body's in paint before they go on stage? Its because the tanner you are the leaner you look. so get some sun, go to the tanning salon, try a sunless self tanner like jergens glow, or some natural tanning accelerator pills like SunTyro .
6. Focus on eating LOTS of fiber and drinking LOTS of water. Water is a great natural appetite suppressant and when combined with bulk forming fibers the two work wonders for fast fat loss.
7. Try a diet pill. IF your looking for long term weight loss I would recommend a product like Liporexin or HydroxyCut. If your looking for FAST results I would recommend a product called the 72 Hour diet pill which can easily help you lose 7-14 Pounds in just 3 days. Its incredible.
8.Avoid eating foods after 8:00p.m.. It will be more likely be converted to bodyfat than being burned off as energy.
9. Get a full 8 hours of sleep each night. Recent studies show that people who get less than 8 hours of sleep per night are almost TWICE as likely to be oveweight than those who getmore than 8 hours of sleep. If you have trouble sleeping I recommend a diet pill called SomnaSlim. SomnaSlim is a night time diet aid that relaxes you, helps control your carbohydrate and food cravings, and controls the stress hormone cortisol.

These are just a couple of quick tips that will help you lose weight super fast.
