The person who said to put tracking on everything is so correct.Paypal is run by computers.A real person is never involved in the equation. It does not matter what you write them,it will not be read by a person,You have to call on the phone to get a real person and they are always very rude to you.If you sell something and dont put tracking on it,all the buyer has to do is file a claim and they will win.Its that simple. You can file a claim on EVERY Single item you win and if the seller did not put tracking on it,the buyer will win every single time.It works both ways though.A seller can send out empty boxes with tracking on them and never lose a claim against them. The bottom line is fees. All Ebay or Paypal care about is fees.Their custome service level is a Joke.Try live help.thats a joke too,I have never gotten someone at live help that actually knew what they were doing. Also, make sure if you print your label threw paypal that you put it on your package properly.Tracking is worthless if the mailman gets pissed because his scanner cant read the barcode. They are susposed to key in the number, but many times they dont, they just leave the package.City carriers (The guys with mail trucks)are deciplined if they are a mere few minutes late,so they are not going to stand their and punch in numbers all day. Rural Carriers (The people who use their own car) are not paid by the hour, but by the day,so they also are not going to spend all day punching in numbers becuase you did not put your lable on properly.
