I feel sorry for the terrible experiences the gentleman had purchasing his snowbabies, but I've had just the opposite experiences!!!

I've purchased approximately 200 Snowbabies so far, from many different sellers.  Everything has been exactly as stated in the description if not better.  My brother and home care provider have been so impressed with the Snowbabies, that both of them have started collecting them.  Out of all the Snowbabies I've recieved, there was one which had a foot broken, I'm sure during shipping, which was easily repaired, and I marked the bottom with a Sharpie so I wouldn't forget, and kept it for myself, which is what all of them are for, except  for 5, which are Christmas gifts.  I'm disabled, and I enjoy looking at my display cases filled with the Snowbabies!!  I've paid for all the the Snowbabies via PayPal.  A couple of them had the shipping miscalculated.  I have Parkinson's Disease, so I never would have noticed that the shipping charge was high.  Both sellers reimbursed me for the overpayment.  One gave me a credit on PayPal, and the other sent cash in the box with all my "goodies".  We hear about the bad things people do, but we rarely hear about the honest and upstanding acts people do!!!!!!!!!

I've also "met" some wonderful people who are sellers, and we've begun corresponding because we have so much in common.  That's another point I need to make.  Everyone I've needed to contact has responded, usually within an hour or two, depending on the time of day.  When I've asked if they combine shipping for multiple purchases, all of them have said yes. They have also been willing to wait for all the auctions of theirs I was bidding on, so I could make one payment instead of several small ones.  What more could you ask for.  One lady insists that I've paid her too much for shipping.  I've paid 3 payments for 3 packages, but she thinks that I should have only paid for 2.  Needless to say, she and her daughter are two of the ladies I write to.  They are so kind that the granddaughter , who's 5, wrote a card and put it in the package for me.

I hope you will take into consideration what I've stated.  I certainly believe the gentleman, but I have never had a dirty, dusty, pet hair, or discolored Snowbaby, and with my allergies and asthma, I would have known the instant I opened the boxes & bags.
