Buyer told me they found lots of cheap item in eBay but they really want to purchase official licensed GoodSMILE Nendoroid Deathnote L figure. Before I explain the difference, I would like to emphase official licensed item has its market value so it never be too cheap. Apart from the price comparsion, here, to the best of my knowledge, is the outline of some tips to distinguish official licensed item against those fake items:

(A) PACKAGING

 vs.

Official licensed item (Left) has clear word, lighter color and has floral pattern! Official licensed item has sticker on the packaging (located at the right lower corner).

(B) FACIAL EXPRESSION

 vs.

Official licensed item (Left) has sharp & thin eye shadow and healthier skin color! L always focus on problem analysis so he do not sleep too much that's why he has a Panda eye.

(C) CHAIR

 vs.

Official licensed item (Left) has part line on its leg. Made of high quality ABS so it is not easily bent! L always stand on his chair just imagine if the chair leg is bent I think he will fall down every day. RIGHT?

(D) RESIN COLOR

 vs.

Official licensed use new & high quality resin with skin color pigment! Fake item uses recycle resin from unaurthorized source (that's why it look dark & dim) that may contain hazardous chemical that is harmful to our heath.
