It is much easier to keep our old customers than to find new ones. When we are honest, admit our errors, and communicate in both a timely and a courteous manner, we will be on our way to developing and maintaining a loyal customer base.

Our customers are not only our bread and butter, they also have the ability to make our jobs much easier. Who are our customers? My list includes:

1. Ebay Buyers

2. Ebay Sellers

3. Wholesalers

4. Those with knowledge

5. Those wishing to gain knowledge

Our customers allow us to take advantage so many varied learning experiences. No matter what our age or what our experience we need growth. When we stop growing, like a plant we start receding, we whither from our thirst and move farther away from our goals. We become stagnant, brittle, and vulnerable.

My customers teach me so many things and bring joy to my life. For this reason, I value my customers. If I can keep my customers happy and keep them coming back, I will maintain an amazing contentment. My customers reach out to me and have already been responsible for a few amazing things.

Because of one of my Customers, some part of my Mother  traveled through Spain this Summer. My Mother always had such big dreams. She grew up in Chicago during the Depression. She only had an eighth grade education but dreamed of becoming a brain surgeon. She was the oldest and worked so her younger brothers and sisters could get the education she so wanted.

In 1963, my Mother purchased a train schedule for Spain. It had to be hers, I found her doodles of Archie and Veronica, characters from a popular comic, in that train schedule. The characters can be found on the inside front cover and on several near blank pages of this train schedule. A customer from Spain recently purchased this item from my eBay Store.

I thought I had lost my Mother several years ago. She fell in her apartment and fractured her hip and complications due to this surgery took her away from our family. She was 78 and very alive at the time of her death.

But is she totally gone?

Or is some essence of her in Spain where her train schedule took her.
