4) Try powersellers unite

5) When you ship an item add a business card for your ebay business.

6)  Use marketing tools under your my ebay and promote others.

7) Join an Ebay sellers club in your town.

8) Put your ebay name on your car, t-shirt, etc....

9) add your ebay name in your pictures.

Just keep Advertising your ebay name!
