After you finish the purchase, you may expect to receive an e-mail from us within 12 hours (except weekends).
However, sometimes you may expect some problems receiving this e-mail. These are the known issues:
- Most common, e-mails are delayed by our e-mail provider or yours, so you have to wait for a while (no longer than 24 hours).
- E-mails are not read, forgotten in your list of e-mails, may be considered (wrongly) as a commercial e-mail and mistakenly deleted or moved to a folder you never read.
- Our e-mail is sent directly to spam folder and is never seen in your inbox.
- E-mail is not received at all. Some errors may occur and messages can not be sent or delivered.
How to avoid this issues:
- To recognize an e-mail from us, read exactly where they are from. All our e-mails comes from *eBay Seller: xprivate*. So, when you receive such an e-mail you know this is from us. The subject of our e-mails will be something like: *XPrivate Originals*
- If you do not see any message from us after 24 hours, check spam (junk) folder. If you see our e-mail in there, select this with your mouse and mark message as *NOT SPAM*. Seconds after you do this our message will go to inbox. To be sure you will always receive our e-mail in inbox, add our address in Address Book. This will usually fix the problem for good.
- If you do not see any message from us after 24 hours, neither in your inbox, nor in spam (junk) folder, this mean that you have to write us and request our e-mail again. We will be glad to help you and send it again. You can write directly to our e-mail (you may see it at your transaction history on eBay or PayPal) or you may use our form here
To all our weekend buyers: we do not work in weekend (Saturday and Sunday). If you purchase something from us in weekend, you will receive our confirmation e-mail on Monday morning.
