Hello fellow ebayers,
Have you ever experienced a problem wearing your bra, and then wonder to yourself..."Why does that do that?' and then mutter under your breathe "I hate this bra!" Well, let me help. I have listed here some problems and solutions to general bra fit problems. This is not an absolute science, and all women are different, but I hope this guide will shed a little insight into why some things happen, and will steer you into the right direction of resolving your problems. So enjoy, feel free to ask any questions, and hope to see you shopping at Naughty and Nice Lingerie.
Some common problems with bra fit:
The band is riding up your back: Your bra band is either too large, or needs to be tightened. Make certain to adjust your bra band, so that it is not too loose, or consider a smaller band size.
Your bust is spilling over or bulging under the cup: Your bra cups are too small and you will need a larger cup size.
The bra straps are digging into your shoulders: You may need to loosen the straps. Or, your cups may be too small, pulling the bra downward and creating tension in the straps, and you may need a larger cup size.
The cups in your bra are puckering or gapping: If you're not properly filling out the cup, then you band and/or cup size is too large and you will need a smaller size.
The straps are falling off of your shoulders: Most likely, your band size is too large and you will need a smaller band. It's also possible that your bra has lost it's elasticity. If this happens, your bra does not properly function, and it is time to replace the bra. Or, if you have sloped shoulders, you may want to try a racerback style.
The wire in your bra is digging in or poking you: If your bust is being forced to find somewhere else to go, and you are being poked by the underwire in the process, then your cup size is probably too small and you will need a larger cup size.
Caring for your bras: This, of course, is a matter of personal preference, however, I have heard several people say that it is not necessary to wash your bras every day. However, at the same time, do not wear the same bra two days in a row. If you wash your bras in the washing machine, put them in a mesh bag (available in my store) to protect them from other clothing. Always use the delicate cycle in warm or cool water, and use a delicate detergent without bleach. Never use a dryer; hang your bras up to dry instead. For more informaiton on this subject, please check out my other guide, specifically discussing just this topic.
I hope this has helped and I hope to see you shopping within Naughty and Nice Lingerie soon!
