Don't Pay Too Much for Newport UPCs!

The Newport Pleasure Goods catalog consists of 3 (three) items that you can aquire by sending in UPCs from Newport cigarette packs. The available items are as follows:

#1.  $15 Off Carton Coupon, for 280 UPCs

#2.  $25 Goods Card, for 500 UPCs

#3.  $50 Goods Card, for 900 UPCs

You can figure out how much each UPC is worth based on what item you want. For #1, each UPC is worth 5.35 cents. For #2, each UPC is worth 5 cents. And for #3, each UPC is worth 5.55 cents. I have found auctions where the buyers have paid 7.11 cents, 9.32 cents, and even 13.62 cents per UPC. If you were to purchase 900 UPCs for 13.62 cents a piece, you would be paying over $120 for a $50 Goods Card!!

So, basically don't pay more than 5 cents per UPC.
