I use my magnetic hair brush instead of my paddel brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night, and use the brush quite hard so it touches my scalp, I dont mean hurt your self just brush your hair as normal but make sure it touches your scalp to obtain a good massage, stimulating the blood supply.

I bought my magnet brush about 6 months ago from a magnet therapy company.

The first thing I noticed was less hair loss when washing my hair  as it seemed the plug hole had lots of hair in it and it became quite a concern as i thought i was losing more hair then normal.
