This is fifth guide I've written on this subject but yet I still see people pay Big bucks for what is described as a Presidential Dollar upside down error. Usually the seller will sell a set of the dollars with one coin having the inscription on the edge facing up when the president featured is facing up and the other will show the inscription upside down when the face is facing up. This is not an error! It was done randomly and inscriptions can run either way. These positions are known as position A and position B when being graded and are of equal signifigance.
I feel bad for the people who pay big money for something worth only a dollar.
I write this guide because I want eBay to be fair and safe for all.
