DRYING - To dry any of the mints - tie a bunch together (not too many if you are in humid land or they will not dry thoroughly) and hang in a dry place to dry - out of the sun. When completely dry rub them between your hands and put into a jar. Use like you would use the ones from the store. It is good if you can put the bunch into a brown paper bag so if they dry and drop off you will not have a mess. Not a plastic bag. And punch a few holes near the top and middle so some air can circulate.
BATHS = Dried Peppermint can be put into a little muslin bag with rose hips or dried roses, lavender flowers, chamomile and Epsom salts for a relaxing bath. Mix and match - you don't have to use all of them.
TEAS - Nothing better for an upset stomach or reflux than a cup of warm peppermint tea. When my is acting up I even rub peppermint oil on my tummy and I feel better in 10 minutes. - No Joke!!!
GARNISH - and as a last resort just to get rid of some tops use it as a garnish when serving desert.
Line a cake pan with mint leaves (especially chocolate) remove after baking. Flip over and frost.
Last but not least Mojotios Oh yum - my new favorite.
