Someone mentioned that premie diapers were the same sizw as newborn diapers.  I have to STONGLY disagree.  I have had 3 babies all needeing to wear premie diapers because the newborns swam on them.  My girls weighed 4-8 to 6-0 lbs.  Depending on where the baby halds his/her weight, premie diapers are the only way to go.  Now they are even more readily available than when I had my first two.
