There are many things you should know about hair extensions.  The first is that not all pre glued hair extensions are the same.  In fact, as a person who wears extensions, and have been for 8 years now, I can tell you that most businesses sell poor quality hair and market it as remy hair.
Remy hair is a word thrown around in the extension business.  If you have purchased hair from your local beauty supply chain or an on line store you know what I mean.  After spending $200-$300, or even $50.00 on what was supposed to be "remy" hair you find out a week after they are attached what poor quality hair you have received, only to have to have them removed.  Sometimes even cut out making your hair shorter than before.
What is remy hair?  Picture this:  2 pine cones, one turned right side up and the other facing down.  When the two are rubbed together it creates friction and the spines of the cone break and fall off.  That is what happens when your "bad hair" gets matted up.  True remy hair is cut and processed without ever being tossed into a processing bin.  Remy hair must be kept in the same direction at all times.  The cuticles on your hair shafts act like the spines on a pine cone.  If the hair is not processed in the very same direction as it was cut then the cuticles form friction, they fall off, and they form a bird's nest that your cat could hid out in. Cuticle correct is another name for remy hair.  Hence, keeping all cuticles in the same direction.
Most suppliers sell you hair from Europe, or even worse, China.  Many sell on line direct from China.  The best hair in the industry is hair from India.  This hair is very versatile and can be treated and abused like your own hair.  It also holds a style better.
Keratin is a substance that our hair is made of and the best adhesive to use on pre glued extensions.  It less damaging then your typical glues. 
A good hair extension will contain 500 or more hairs, never shed, never fall out, and most importantly, never ever matt. It shouldn't take 200 or more extensions to give you long beautiful hair.  Even if your hair is just 2 inches long, like mine, you should only take 100-125 at the most. 
Fingernail shaped adhesive is the best style to use as it wraps around your hairs and secures making it to never fall out or loosen. 
If your extensions are not lasting 4-5 months, sometimes 6 months, you are wasting your time.  I provide top quality pre glued extensions at the best price on the market.  If it's a cheap price I guarantee you it's cheap hair.  If it takes 200-300 pieces to do your head, it's cheap hair.
