Beware of power tools with no brand name on them, like Milwaukee, DeWalt, or Makita. I purchased a drill motor for household jobs from one of the power sellers and it is as worthless as a watchdog with no teeth.  I bought it as a gift so didn't bother to try it out but I did charge the battery as prescribed.  By then all bets are off for ebay helping recover your cash and the vendor is scott free from harm as I believe I gave them a good report for being on time, though they really weren't, but facing their black mark on me, I just said it was a good sale.  WRONG!  Problem is they engineered a cheap product to look good and bring in a sale but the battery just won't hold a charge for longer than three minutes.  AVOID POWER TOOLS with no guarantee or NO GOOD BRAND NAME.
