Gatorade Fruit Punch in a pouch, stop buying high price small bottles or 1 liter size bottles for quick grab. Many adults have started to replace pop/soda with Gatorade. Easy mixing, GATORADE DRINKS-----14 grams of sugar, SOFT DRINKS CARBONATED----- 40 plus grams of sugar. Gatorade Fruit Punch is healthier offering great taste. It took me two months to convert from carbonated drinks to Gatorade, but it can be done for health concerns.
Pack yields 2 -1/2 gallons of Gatorade, this compared to $11 bucks (pop/soda), $6 bucks (Gatorade). 40 flavors offered on Gatorade products, Frost & Rain are other favorites I like to drink. Ingredients----- Water, Sucrose Corn Syrup, high fructose corn syrup, citric acid, salt, sodium citrate, monopatassium.
Gatorade Fruit Punch allows your body to become rehydrated when working out in the sun refueling your body water intake unlike carbonated drinks that can result dehydration during heavy working or out in full sunlight, electrolytes are very important to replace. 92 year old (Leona) drinks Gatorade Fruit Punch to help her fluid intake (sometimes elders her age lack the importance on body fluid intake risking dehydration during daily fluid intake). I drink Gatorade Fruit Punch from these packs.
Single packs are cheap enough but you can buy 32 pack box @ $120 bucks bringing $4 bucks a pouch. Remember buying soda or pop would take 5-1/2 liter bottles to match this pouch saving you a ton of money over time. You can also purchase 6 gallon canister for $16.99 or 1 gallon pouch $3.99.

1969 was the first year Gatorade had its first flavor (Limon Lime) green colored drink. 1973, four years late Gatorade designed its second flavor (Orange), nobody knows if that was the result from Florida Gators win in the Orange Bowl that year. It took another ten years before Gatorade came out with a third flavor (Fruit Punch). 1993 would soon turn out another flavor (Ice Tea Cooler), 1994 was the first year for (Grape) flavor. 1995 didn't have any new flavor however (Ice Tea Cooler) was discontinued. 1997 would bring for the first time (Frost Selection Drinks), 1999 (Fierce Selection Drinks), from 2001 to 2007 remaining flavors started to open the Gatorade market (too much to list).
