Do You Want Health? Get Rid of Depression?

Our Lives Become What We Affirm. The mind is a powerful Tool.

An Affirmation if a positive statement about a condition or thing you want to increas in your life, or create in your life. Constant repitition of an affirmation will lead to your mind's acceptance of what you state to be true NOW.

Our environment is a reflection of our own thinking. We produce our reality with our own beliefs.  Our dominant thoughts produce the conditions of our surroundings. What we are thinking and feeling most of the time will become what we experience.

Our Lives Become What We Affirm

1. Affirm the desired condition as already happening now. "I AM HEALTHY" or "I AM HAPPY." Of course you may not be or feel these things. That is  the point of this. To become.  Do not say, "I will be healthy or happy." or " I am capable of being healthy or happy."  This places the condition in the future where it may remain, instead say "I AM Healthy."  

2. Affirm the positive, not the negative. Do not say, "I do not want to SICK" or "I do not want to be Depressed." Your mind will only hear SICK or DEPRESSED. And that's just what you'll get more of: Sickness or depression.  Instead, affirm, "I feel Healthy or Happy."

3. Do not place a time limit on the desired condition. Allow it to happen on its own, in its own time and way.  In other words, do not "check" to see if the desired affirmation has manifested yet--this will only confirm in your mind that you don't have it yet. Say the affirmations and let go of expecting any results.

4. Write your affirmations down, and put them around your house where you will be reminded that THIS IS WHO YOU REALLY ARE. Change thier locations after a few days so that you continue to notice them.

5. Read the affirmations first thing every morning, and before you go to sleep every night.

6. Write the affirmations 10 times each day.

7. Sing or chant them.

8. Record your affirmations into a cassette & listen to them when going to sleep, riding in the car, meditating, etc. Hearing them in your own voice is especially powerful.

9. Keep Doing it until you believe it. Research shows that most habits can be broken in about 21 days by using positive affirmations.  At first the affirmations may sound like a lie and you may feel silly. But don't stop. Give yourself a mount and you will see a positive change in yourself.
