Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 6 pork chops
- 4 T oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Brown porkcops in oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour sauerkraut over porkchops.
- Cook for 1 hour on low.
- Add some caraway seeds if you like the taste of them.
