Midwest Public Safety Outfitters are Authorized Dealers of all the product lines we sell. Buying from an "Authorized Dealer" gives you added security of knowing you are buying an original and new product covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty polices.

Many manufacturer's require dealers to sell their products at a (MAP) minimum advertised price. This gives all of the dealers an equal and fair shot at selling the item. Additionally, purchasing an item from anyone other than a Authorized Dealer may limit your ability to return the product or take advantage of any manufacturer warranty.

Beware of a "Discount" or "Low" price especially on eBay. Because of the unique marketplace eBay provides it is very easy to look for the lowest price possible for an item. Many new products sold on ebay fall under a manufacturer's MAP policy. Ofcourse "used" Police and Public Safety Products sold on eBay do not fall under any dealer requirements and are open to be sold for any amount.

The best advice when buying Police Equipment or Public Safety Gear on ebay is to shop the products and sellers. The product price should be last on your mind. Make sure the seller has a positive reputation and complete contact information. If possible confirm the sellers status as a direct dealer and warranty information.
