I purchased a brand new from the pool and spa store Polaris 380 automatic pool cleaner. Got it home all excited to try it out and BAM! I purchased the biggest waste of money and time of my life so far! This cleaner spent more time drifting around the middle of the water level than it ever spent on the floor... bobbing between the mid to top of the water line, occassionally sinking to the bottom and floating back to the center or top of the water line.

I would highly encourage you to NOT buy this item as they are a total waste of money. Not only did the polaris 380 barely put a wheel on the pool floor, but the brand new hose was full of holes all the way down the whole hose area. I called the store to tell them what it was NOT doing and about the hose being full of holes and spraying like a shower head in the air only to be offered a replacement hose that I could drive another hour and 45 mins to go and pick up next week (when they get it in). Needless to say, I raised so much hell I finally got a refund back on my credit card (still waiting on that too as it takes 2-3 days to get posted back to me) but point being.... DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAPLY BUILT NON WORKING AUTO CLEANER!!! You'll kick yourself hard if you do!
