I bought a Pliko P# based on reviews on the web and in books.
Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with my stroller.
I walk my daughter once a day on a well maintained footpath.
1) The 5 point harness is only stitched to the main stroller. My daughter (who is not yet 1) leans forward quite a bit, the harness came away, my daughter fell out of the stroller before I could catch her.
2) The front barrier which has a cup holder split in two.
3) The wheels have repeatedly come off.
4) One of the handles has a tendency to come off when I am lifting the folded stroller.
When I contacted customer service I was advised the wheels could be replaced as could the front barrier if I sent them back.
What am I supposed to do in the meantime? I do not have family to borrow from while awaiting replacement parts.
This was an expensive stroller. I'm sure my experience is not usual but I thought it was worth sharing especially in light of the return policy.
