My daughter loved this toy, until she got her hand stuck in it, when she was 12 months. Its ays its for 9 months and up. How, I dont know, but she got the balls stuck and she went to get them, and her hand got stuck, I had to take the top part off of the bottom part to get her hand out, and get the stuck balls. I dont recommend not to buy this, because my daughter loved it and had fun with it, but hearing her cry, and see her hand is stuck, I no longer let her play with it. Maybe when she older, when her hands are bigger.

Considering this is a favorite, as it says on the Hasbro website, Im sure it doesnt happen often, but the point of the matter  is, IT COULD.
