Hello to everyone wanting a Voyager 510 blue tooth head set. I recently purchased for the first time on ebay. I was looking for the Voyager 510 headset, my wife has the headset an has never had any problems with it. The devise is great crystal clear sound when using it in the car with the window down, but the only draw back is that it is so expensive through Best Buy. I decided to look on Ebay for a better price thinking I would get the same thing as my wife, but come to find out I was wrong. The seller (Silverstone wireless) stated headset was new with noise canceling technology. The picture looked like the real thing so, I decided to pursue this seller item thinking he was honest. I even looked at his buyers comments and they seemed some what good, only 25 negative feed backs in one month but had over a thousand buyers all together. I'm new to ebay so I thought it was all good. When I received the headset it came in a zip lock bag with photocopied instructions. I new something was wrong right away. When I looked at the headset its self it was a totally different color than my wife's. It's suppose to be black and silver not a gray/ grayish blue. The head set would have static on both sides of the conversation and would drop from the phone connection during communication. I attempted many times to contact seller through email to resolve my issue, but he would never return my emails. So I filed a complaint through Paypal and he still would not respond, so I let Paypal resolve my dispute. They told me seller wanted item returned and I would receive a refund. So I did what they asked but made sure seller had to signed off when product returned so I knew he had it to cover my butt. It did take a while for my refund but Paypal stood behind me and refunded my money. Everyone beware of crooked sellers and look very far into the history of his feed back and you see the negatives and how they were handled. I wish I took more time and went further when checking. Other wise do your research and stay away from ( Silverstone wireless) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If they stood behind their products they would of responded to work something out.
