Last week I started a series of tele seminars called "Planning for eBay Success right from the Start."

It's a series of sessions I decided to put together for my eBay Magic members to help guide them on their journey into the eBay world of selling.
I knew I wanted to give them some real and useable information that would really set them up for long term success selling on the eBay platform.
The first two topics I covered last week were 'Thinking and Planning'

I believe these two are THE most important parts of your whole business because this is where you set yourself up to either succeed, or ultimately failure.

And I've NO doubt you're definitely in this game to succeed right?

So...Have you actually sat down and thought long and hard about HOW you want your eBay business to pan out? Long term I'm talking.

Have you considered things like family, finances, your dreams, time available, space, partners, threats and opportunities?

What about YOU? What type of person are you? A dreamer, a planner, a doer, a procrastinator? Are you open minded or a little fearful of what may lay ahead for you?

You see, so much to think about BEFORE you even get started!

And then there's the Doing, the research, the growth stage and the settling in stage.

Many stages that you must plan for right now.

But don't worry; once you know how to plan properly you'll see things begin to fall into place for you.

Take the time to think about and plan your day so that by the end of the day you've moved one step closer to your outcome...whatever that may be for you.

And another thing I want you to remember is this...Never, ever go off chasing someone else's dreams. You'll never succeed no matter what. Or at least if you do, you'll probably be miserable the whole time.

It's not a race; it's a business you can work on at your own pace. We have members that are making a few hundred dollars a week and members who are making thousands a week.

Different horses for different courses right?

So...tonight, sit down quietly by yourself or with your partner and start to map out on paper exactly how you want your eBay business to work for you.

Have a tick off list and as you work through the different processes, tick them off. It’ll give you a real sense of achievement at the end of each day.

And hey, take time away from the day to day running of the business to work ON it and grow it at your own pace.

A day 'thinking' is worth more to you than you'll ever realise.

Lastly, invest in your education because Knowledge IS Power. You don't know what you don't know. Don't waste years mucking around trying to work it out when someone's already blazed a trail for you!

Time is money and time is something you don't want to waste chasing your tail!
