His flares do not fit a CJ 8. He advertises fits 75-94 CJ 8. I have a CJ 8 they do not fit. He advertises, Installs as your original flares do, easy insall with professional fit many years of Jeep customer service and install experience. When you open the package the instructions it reads 1997  Wrangler.  This will not fit a  CJ 8 ,  Installs as  your  originals  do,  my original  flares  do  not  install  with  the  running  lights  in the fender flares,  but his  do,  easy install,  would  installing  a fender flare  not  made  for your model or make Jeep be an easy install ? No, the fender flare hangs 5 inches past the body in the front fender flares and  2 inches in the rear fender flares. His customer service replied cut out the fenders and cut off the overhang of the fender flares. I found this reply to be one of a person who does not own a jeep or never to have worked on one. I sent him 8 pictures of the attempted install to prove beyond a reasonable doubt they do not and will not fit nor would installing a fender flare on a vechicle it does not belong on be a professional look in Connecticut or California. Would you like the pictures email me. Have you been scammed ? Email me. He continues to advertise the same item with the same advertisement. If you contact him as I did he will ask you to leave positive feedback so he can close his file manager and he will refund your money. Can you imagine leaving positive feedback and not getting anything positive like your money back ? Who would be the crazy one ? I would have been. I filed a paypal dispute and it is in  works nearly 3 weeks now. I have all the emails if you would like them so you may decide for yourself if you would buy from him. 5 people have contacted me about this terrible seller and he continues to be operational on ebay. Yesterday, I won the PayPal Dispute Case against Planet Jeep. I am returning the flares with cash out of my pocket and I will get the full refund when he get the flares in the mail using a tracking number. I am video taping the condition of the flares (NEW), packaging and whole delivery to UPS. I will take legal action, if he goes out of his way to cause me hardship from this point on. To this date he continues to advertise the same fender flare item for the same model which will not fit a JEEP SCRAMBLER.
