Do not buy from Planet Jeep. Guys like this (Tom) make ebay a poor place to do business! I won a tinted soft top for my 98 TJ from Planet Jeep. It shows up a few days before I get home for R&R from Iraq. Kick ass right! Whats worse than being in a sandbox w/o your own toys? Not getting to play with yours when you get home! Well its not the top w/tinted windows as I won in the auction. I e-mail him and he responds, send me pics of the box and we'll go from there. He gets the pics and says sorry our mistake, I'll make it right and throw in some grab handles for your troubles. OK, honest mistake. So I dont get to go topless on my R&R. I mail it back and get the run around. We haven't received it yet. "I'll have the guys look for your box". BLA BLA BLA Here it is now months later, NO TOP and he (Tom) wont return my e-mails anymore. Its past the time your able to dispute via paypal or give negative feedback on ebay. So its gone from sorry I'll make it right to we cant find the top you returned to NOTHING!! Buyer beware!! Dont give the benefit of the doubt. If its not right or on time, TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION!!
