BEWARE-ebay seller pinkstuff47*-*NOTE that the pinkstuff47 seller just recently changed her seller name to pinkstuffandmore. This seller is listing a retro pink set of pots and pans with a buy it now price. The item location said North Texas. When the item arrived it had been DIRECTLY shipped from JC Penney's catalog center in RENO Nevada. I got on the Penney's website & discovered this item, for which I paid 139.99 was 79.00 on the Penney's website. This seller, representing herself as a stay at home mom with numerous handicaps, was simply taking my (& other's money,) pocketing the difference, & ordering the item shipped from PENNEYS! I sent her an e mail & she reiterated her stay at home mom with numerous handicaps-status and said she only makes 20. on them- like that should make me feel less cheated & scammed!
If that is what is going on, SHOULDN'T the seller have to reveal that to buyers? As far as I am concerned she owes me $60.
Also another seller has these pans listed- smjphil(581)Should there not be a buyer alert that these ersatz sellers are just acting as middle men for a catalog where the public can get the items, direct from the actual catalogue, cheaper? This practice is dishonest-I don't reward sellers who do this.
