When buying Ping equipment you need to be careful which dot color you are getting. If you get the wrong dot color your performance will be hindered. The key to purchasing the right Ping eqiupment for your game is knowing what color you need. If you are taller you need more of a upright club and if you are shorter you need a more flat club. It can also depends on the way you set up to the ball. I am 6'2" and I use clubs that are 2 degrees upright. You need to try and find out what you are before purchasing Ping equipment. Some people know what degree they are they just don't know what all of the colors mean. Here are the colors and what degree they are. Hopefully it will help when purchasing your Ping equipment.
Maroon 5 degrees upright
Silver 4 degrees upright
White 3 degrees upright
Green 2 degrees upright
Blue 1 degree upright
Black standard lie
Red 1 degree flat
Orange 2 degrees flat
Brown 3 degrees flat
Gold 4 degrees flat
Hopefully that dot guide will help you in purchasing your ping equipment.
