There are many sellers on the Ebay. Many maybe same folks trying to sell you a fake.
I bought a fake from this seller named pipelayer143. He has many faces and items of fakery.
There are many crooks out there. I would not buy through Ebay unless I get to examine the stuff
first for 30 days. Going back to Rapture irons, I would never buy a new set from a seller on Ebay.
Chances are the seller is not a registered Ping dealer. Do not buy through Ebay. Go to a good
Golf Shop and order through an Authorized Ping Dealer, period. The serial numbers on the clubs
can be traced for manufacture details. I go burned by pipelayer143(this seller has other goods of
forgery on other Ebay site(sounds like Polish or Eurassian site). The shameful deceit is a slippery
master in this craft. New clubs on Ebay are either fakes or clones. At least the clones are
cheaper and honest about their ware. The counterfeit dealers are crooks and should be caught
and prosecuted as evil civil criminals. They must be made to pay back all the buyer who were
deceived. My counterfeit looked real until the paint on the enblem start to wear off as the clubs
were cleaned from normal use. The clubs were no way near what I expected. Paint job on
the clubs will likely come off soon. I am a total idiot for having suffered this. Anyhow, don't
waste your hard earned money on forgery. God knows where the mnney may end up.
Ebay's days will be done before you know it. Crooks make excellent use of this hide and seek
opportunity. Just my .02.
