I guess you could say that I am a Philosophy Addict, I have ~50 of the 3-in-1 shower gel, bubble bath, shampoo products made by Philosophy.  I decided to write this guide/review for the new Inner Grace set made in memory or Dana Reeve.  The first thing about philosophy products is that all of the products have fun recipes or inspiring thoughts on the jars and bottles.

The Inner Grace scent is a nice addition to the popular Grace line made up of Amazing Grace, Baby Grace, and Pure Grace. Philosophy also encourages layering of the different Graces to make a scent that is unique for you.

I thought this guide would be helpful because Philosophy doesn't like to put out scent descriptions with its perfumes.  I think this is to reduce problems with companies who like to "dupe" its scents.  This makes it very difficult for consumers to know if they will like the scent or not if a Philosophy counter is not readily available.

Inner Grace is reminiscent of scents such as Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely and Narcisco Rodriguez for her.  I would describe it as a light Egyptian Musk, a light floral, and a little bit of lavender.   This scent stays close to the body with little sillage.  I like to layer all of the products to produce a well rounded scent that lasts longer, although I don't think the 3-in-1 adds anything to make the scent last longer.

The perfumed firming body emulsion is to me the standout product in this line.  It moisturizes well and seems to help the skins elasticity.  Also, I enjoy it much more than the actual Narcisco Rodriguez body lotion or cream (which had a kind of weird fruity smell to me).  I plan on using it with my NR and Lovely perfumes.  It seems expensive (although not when compared to the previous brands mentioned), but is a great value at $34 for a HUGE 16 oz. bottle that will last a long time.

I also really like the body spritz, it is generously sized and smells true to the fragrance, it provides a nice base for layering or for using alone if you want just a hint of scent.  The lasting power alone is not very good, but overall it is a decent product.  The perfume itself has a good dry down.  The 3-in-1 is nice and seems like the same formula as Amazing Grace (one of the Philosophy shower products that is more moisturizing).  If you are on the fence about this scent, I recommend getting the 3-in-1 to try because the scent doesn't really linger after showering.

Overall, these products are a great addittion to the Philosophy line.
