I got the Miracle Burn free week sample and really liked it so I did the auto-shipping. Then I saw the ads for Phenterfein and all the positive remarks, so I thought I would try it on the weekends, which are my hardest time not to eat. These are my results:
Miracle Burn is great because you can't tell your on anything. There is no jitters - no side effects, except you are a little more thirsty. Also, I found that I don't have many cravings. I still eat three meals a day, but they are SMALL meals. Which I think is good. The downside is the weight doesn't melt off super quick. I would say about 1 pound every 3-4 days on a good week, on bad weeks, a pound a week. I have lost about 8 pounds this first month. However, I found I needed to take an extra pill late in the day, so I take 4 instead of 3 per day. We eat dinner after 7:00, so the one you take at around lunch time has worn off by then. Taking the extra one made a BIG difference in being able to eat a small dinner. But when you are on the auto-shipment, you run out before you get the new pills. So... in comes the Phenterfein to supplement.
Phenterfein - I ordered this because it said it "melted" off weight. I thought I could take it on the weekends to amp my weight loss and when the Miracle Burn ran out. This stuff isn't that great. I felt jittery and over caffienated. Also, I couldn't go as long without eating as I could on Miracleburn. It almost made me more hungry. You feel like you drank alot of coffee, but when it wears off your really tired. My stomache growled like crazy!!! I did not loose any weight, but I haven't taken it several days in a row. I took it once a day for a couple of days (three pills around lunch or breakfast), then I took six pills one day (3 in the morning and three mid afternoon). I think I ate more. My friend and I split the bottle and she hasn't started yet, so I will let everyone know how it works for her.
Hope this helps ladies.
