I bought an Educator training collar from PetBehave on Ebay, it worked 6 days and would not work again, did everything in instruction book, technician assured me I was doing it right, two replacement collars only were sent both only worked one day.  Customer Service keeps telling me they are having problems with a lot of the collars then tell me a replacement is coming, the last replacement has not been rec'd in a month, Customer Service told me a mistake was made in the warehouse it was sent out in regular mail which they never do, I asked did they get it back & was told no it is just out there lost,if I had not waited so long and called them I'd still not know they never contacted me, that was 3-09-06 Customer Service told me they were sending one 2nd day express it is March 23,2006 no collar. I recieved an email that a collar was shipped priority (5-7days) on March 16, still no collar and why did Customer Service tell me that they were shipping one 2nd day express.  Bought the collar in Dec.2005 and for the time we had collars I would estimate 7 days tops that out of all of them we were able to have use of the training.  Customer service does not help.  We are out 96.00 and all these months have had only 7 days combined of original and two replacements that worked, all this time has gone by and we find the company does not live up to it's guarantee, Customer Service once you get the original is terrible, once they get your money you are stuck.  I do not recommend this company, I wish I had waited longer than the first few days to leave feedback so I could change the feedback that I left as positive to negative so that other buyers would know what a terrible experience it has been and choose carefully if deciding to buy from PetBehave.  I cannot say it is the reason but I have researched and this type of recharging collar only has about a two year life, I wonder if the collars are new as  advertised.  Also the item was listed as Educator 450 the manual with it only starts with ED-300, ED-600,ED-900,ED-1300, so if it is an Educator 450 why is that not on the manual.  Buyers beware.  All I am recieving is bad collars and a lot of words and no resolution and a lot of valuable time lost for training my dog.

I leave this only because I do not want what my experience has been to happen to others.
