Have you had problems with your paper punches? While paper crafting and using the tools, whether small or large, handhelds and "box" type, alphabets or seasonal icons ... once you depress the tab the punch locks up...NO FUN! Now you have no cut out, no created confetti and a ruined (often torn) paper once you pry the paper out or coersce the punch back open.
Frustrating!
Well, most scrappers or paper crafters will have heard this not-so-secret tip before. For those of you that haven't - it is the simplest remedy to what can be can be a bothersome problem!
To keep your paper punches from sticking all it takes is wax paper! Periodically, take a small sheet of wax paper and paper punch away. The minimal wax on the baking paper will make all of your paper punches slice through paper like ...butter! I keep a piece handy and make a habit of punching the wax paper (about 5 times to start) before I use the punch on my project.
