I purchased this item 260229192. Nokia N95 8gb phone. Seller told me it has wifi.
Well, they posted it as N95 8gb you would of course imagined it to be REAL one when they don't tell you it's fake.
I received a fake used phone. No wifi, no 5 mp camera.
I reported to paypal about this. They told me to send proofs of item being not authentic by FAX (proofs are documents from third party).
I went to a friend who has real N95 8gb and took comparison pictures.
Paypal e-mailed me back : Based on our definition of significantly not-as-described, this claim does

not qualify for a refund.

And that's it.


So... it's not qualified because seller did not describe it was supposed to be real?
So when I buy stuff I should expect it to be fake unless it is stated to be real???


It took them one month to take actions. This is the 3rd problem I have with paypal.
They never take a deep look into problems. They only follow simple policies and come up with solution but never really have a person take a deep look.

Basically, beware because you can't rely on paypal trust and safety team anymore.
