Paypal unilaterally deciding not to approve credit card

I have been a paypal member for years. I have an ancient account that has not been used but because I wasn't my 15 step- daughter (we set it up for fun). I was the credit card holder, they refused to cancel the account. I asked the "so called" customer service if it made sense to actually call back and impersonate her, I would be able to close the account, she said "YES". So it appears that if you call from the number on the account you can impersonate whomever you like even though you had 95% of the info of the account and the credit card was under your name (being truthful and all) ........they are really stupid! Then, my account cannot pay through credit cards any more even though I have a 100% rating and have had the same credit card for many years. Then I went ballistic. They were FORCING ME TO GIVE BANK ACCOUNT INFO! In the legal statements, it says either bank account or credit card....but they don't verify you unless you give bank info (whatever that means!). Are they nuts? All the security agents around the world state that you should NEVER give bank info unless you have too. As an occasional buyer, I don't have too. I was way below my limit and they decided I was a security risk.......what????? I can buy a saxophone from China, but not wii FIT from a nearby city? There customer service agents were actually trying to make me buy this crap! BS in the smelliest! Nothing in the terms and agreements state that an occasional buyer is forced to give bank account info. They were forcing me to do so to pay my recent auction.....FOR SHAME! PAYPAL sucks, they are the most hacked and they don't let people protect themselves? I mean, with VERIFIED BY VISA, do you think they would at least get a clue? K2 PS They said that they would send and email to state why they were not accepting credit card orders and they did NOT! Yet they were so persistent that I read the terms and agreements!
