Hey,

Just showing this great spoof email that really plays on your fear of having your Paypal account shut down.  I’ll be honest, I’ve actually almost opened one of these when I’m having a bad day.  My #1 tip when it comes to receiving emails that ask for info is this; always clear your head and double check everything before moving on, don’t let your emotions allow you to enter info when you know it’s a bad idea.

Dear (MYEMAILADDRESS),

It has come to our attention that your PayPal Billing Information records are
out of date. That requires you to update the Billing Information.

Once you have updated your account records, your PayPal session will not be
interrupted and will continue as normal. Failure to update will result in
cancellation of service, Terms of Service (TOS) violations or future billing
problems.

Please update your billing records:

I hope this guide has helped you.  Just remember, it's better to take a couple minutes out of your day and double check, than it is to spend weeks trying to get all your accounts back in order if you've been hacked. If you found it helpful please remember to vote.

Thank you,

Randall, of Randalls-eBooks
