I recently had a buyer claim he didn't recieve the parts that i sent to him. He filed a paypal None Receipt of Product claim.

After he did this, Paypal emailed me, and locked up my account (giving me a negative balance). So, to fix it, i emailed Paypal.com a tracking number.

They emailed back to check for my delivery confirmation number. I emailed the tracking number again.

it took Paypal 2 weeks to finally find in my favor, and release my account. So this is just a heads up for everyone...track your shipments. Pay the little extra for the confirmation, even if your buyer doesn't pay to have it done...there is a lot of fraud going on at eBay lately, and with the holidays...it will only increase. Delivery confirmation every time. Don't let UPS or DHL leave your $1000.00 HD LCD TV on a doorstep at an apartment complex.
