I had a bad experience with Paypal Credit, so I am writing this guide so maybe you don't get into the same trouble as I did.

I was using my Paypal Credit account for almost all of my purchases on Ebay, it was nice because usually just paid the bill once a month. The last item I bought was $140. But then the trouble started, access to my account was removed from my Paypal account, so when I knew it was time to pay by bill contacted Paypal via their online email form. I did not get any respond. After a couple of days I emailed them again, and again, and again, absolutely no respond. I tried to call, but ran out of time while I was on hold.

A month later I get a paper bill in the mail, but now the bill has finance charges, and a $25 late fee tagged on to it. So I email them again, explaining that I had no way to pay my bill because there was no access to my account, and you guessed it, I sent 3 email last week and Paypal did not answer one of them!

Today I got another letter from GE Money Bank (Paypal) collection department, telling me that my account is past due. So I sent Paypal a check for for the amount, hopefully this is the last I hear from this thieves.

I still don't know why access to the account was removed, but at the time Paypal was updating the look and design of their web site.
