USPS.com allows you to place an order for mailing matterals and mailing services online then have mailing matterials be brought to your address and then on the spot place the goods in the mailing matterial package then the postmaster immeditly mails the goods for you.  on demand picksups and mailing can be ordered.

May I suggest satlite Phone services currently you can go anywhere in the world and have phone servies with a satlite phone the servies with unlimited calling runs about 75 dollars US monthly.

For high quality portable phone services where the phone number goes with you MagicJack.com is the best deal currently if you have a laptop.
