Your eBay buyers can pay without having to create a PayPal account (or are having log in problems).  This guide may help a seller to explain to a buyer how to do it, or a buyer to know that they can buy on eBay even if the do not want to join PayPal.

Note:  I think PayPal may not have explained additional issues, which from my experience suggests if the buyer is using the SAME credit card as previously registered on PayPal, they MAY NOT be able to continue to pay without logging in.  I recall PayPal forcing the buyer using the same credit card number, and/or email, may have issues and PayPal then attempts to force user into the account (which they may not be able to because of lock out or log in problems).
