This happened some time ago, but I posted my item on eBay, it was sold at auction, I was paid and I shipped and I had proof of shipment to the buyers address. The buyer said they didn't get the item. PayPal decided in favor of the buyer, big suprise, and refunded the buyer. When I was notified by Paypal of their decision, I closed my account. They threatened me and I told them to go for it, and that I would never pay them. They dropped the whole thing, but I can no longer use PayPal. (big deal, I still sell and I save the extortion money that PayPal charges) It's just a matter of time, and they will go out of business. Their God like attitude will be their undoing!!!!
