What is PayPal MultiOrder Shipping?

How do I use MOS?
1) Log into MOS from your PayPal Overview section:

2) On this next screen you can import non-PayPal payment orders from eBay or Create New Orders (labels) for payment shipments like to family members etc...

3) Use the drop down menu's to enter the shipping method and weight.

4) Once the system updates & is complete for a transaction, it turns green on the left side.

5) Once your done updating the information & your ready to print labels, you click on the Print link:

6) Then click on the Pay & Print link:

7) The box that pop's up to print the labels includes the option for the USPS SCAN form, this creates a master barcode for all the eDC barcodes on your packages. The SCAN form is printed out and the carrier or postal clerk uses a hand scanner to scan the paper as Accepted, all of eDC numbers will show as Accepted on the USPS website.

8) Click the Print Label button to print your labels.

If you need to delete a line in MOS and not create a label for it, you just need to click on the transaction turning the line blue like this then click on the Delete link:

If you need to print a label for a non-transaction shipment, you can click on the File link, then on Create New Order:

Then enter the shipping details & follow the steps.

At this time Cleared eChecks do not Import into MultiOrder Shipping for all members, you will have to go into MultiOrder Shipping and click on the File link then on Create New Order to create a label for these transactions. If you have a mailed in payment, if you marked the auction as Paid in your My eBay section it will Import into MultiOrder Shipping if you select to Import eBay orders when you open MultiOrder Shipping. Please note, your eBay ID name needs to be in your PayPal Profile section under Auctions to import the items from My eBay if its a money order/personal check payment.
How do I change the date for the mailing labels?
Follow steps 1-5 above, on the next screen after clicking on Print DO NOT click on Pay & Print yet, there is a drop down menu on the top right side of the page where you can select the date for the labels.
