Hi,

I  think that when I have the money on PayPal CASH  balance (most comes from selling items on Ebay). Pay pal has to make payment to the seller right away (as credit card payment). But, Actually they treats like you make payment through CHECKING account. They HOLD the money for few days to the seller and make me receive the item lale.That the problem happened to me when I bought the book on Ebay for my class .I waited over 10 days from the day ends of the bid  and I did not get the book for the class. Now, I learn the lesson and hopefully it 'll  help guys to avoid my problem.

-Deposit all money  you have from Pay Pal cash account to your checking account( you can use this money for something else and may be you get interest from the bank).

-Make all  payment by CREDIT Cards (The seller gets money right away and you receive the item FASTER)

-You also have the PROTECTION from Credit Card Company.
