Ok.. this is the first guide I have written so I hope that you are patient with me. On Jan. 25th I receive an email form Pay Pal stating that I am in violation of their acceptable use policy..to whit.. turtle items that I am selling in my Ebay store are in violation.. red eared turtle shells that are not on the endangered species list.. I write back asking why I am being singled out when their must be over 60 listings in ebay with close to the same as I sell.

Response: Big deal get them off my store, after numerous emils stating items are not endangered.. same respones.. get them out of my store. Which I do today Feb. 11th and they fire back they want all turtle items out of my store.

Response back to them that this is discrimnation, against the connistution and harrassment and list back to them 11 links of other sellers on Ebay that are selling the same or similiar. And if they continue the harrassment, discrimination I will inform the Attorney Generals Office, the Better Business Bureau and any other agency that I can think of to contact for harrassment and discrimination against Native Americans that I will do so.

Response: We are so sorry for any inconvience to have caused you and you are not inviolation of our acceptable use policy.

What I am trying to say.. I have an Ebay store, I am not a Power Seller but I have been with Ebay for almost 10 years and do not let them push you around. We as small business have the right to be treated as well if not better as the power sellers. Do not get me wrong I have nothing against the Power Sellers because if you can achieve that more power to you, but the big business should not try to run over the little guy.
