Pro and Cons
I bought and used Panasonic Lumix FZ-7 for over 2 months replacing my previous camera Casio Exilim. I have to buy a new camera since the repair cost me around USD400! Should you repair or buy a new one with that amount of money?
In term of size, it is a perfect size and light! It comes with a rechargeable battery, neck strap and software. Of course it comes with a manufacturer box.

The Pros
- excellence resolution and good results
- proven 12X optical zoom
- easy to find third party additional lens and cheap
- SD memory card which is also cheap
- manual focus joystick
- active members in flickr will provide camera correct settings
- large LCD
- image stabilization mode
- reliable battery life
The Cons
Hard to use Macro mode
higher noise for indoor shooting
- mild vignetting at full zoom
- strong color noise at ISO200
